As chair of Good Samaritan Hospital’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Kenneth Silver, M.D., oversees a department of 130 employees and is involved in numerous hospital-wide committees.
Dr. Silver earned his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine, then completed his internship at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, and his residency at the University of Maryland.
