Red Hot Mamas
Calling All Red Hot Mamas!
Did you know that the hormonal changes of menopause can affect your mood, sleep, sexual function, bone mass and even risk of heart disease? You don’t have to go through this alone. Now there’s a fun way for you and your red hot friends to learn how to combat the symptoms of menopause.
MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital is pleased to offer a FREE program for women that addresses menopause and caring for your changing body.
“Red Hot Mamas” is designed to provide you with medically accurate information about menopause, and help you maximize the quality of your life. Presentations take place in our Parker Center unless noted otherwise, and feature our women’s health experts. Lite fare will be served. Bring a friend!
