MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, MedStar Good Samaritan, MedStar Harbor and MedStar Union Memorial Hospitals Honor Nurses during Annual Nurses Week Celebration
Baltimore—(May 13, 2016)—MedStar Health’s four Baltimore hospitals named their 2016 Nurses of the Year, honoring top nurses and recognizing the knowledge, skill and compassion of the entire nursing team, who deliver quality and innovative patient care every day.
MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, MedStar Good Samaritan, MedStar Harbor and MedStar Union Memorial Hospitals paid tribute to nurses during the annual National Nurses Week celebrations held May 6 to 12. Nursing’s top honor was given to those who truly commit to redefining nursing practice and raising the bar on patient care.
MedStar Health thanks the 2016 Nurses of the Year, and all of its nurses, for the high level of service and dedication they provide day in and day out to make a difference in the lives of its patients, their families and the communities it serves.
