The MedStar Stroke Support Group is a group for individuals who have had a stroke and their significant others. Members gather together for educational programs and social activities. Meetings include informative sessions on stroke-related topics, such as personal safety and adaptive gardening. Topics change with each new meeting.
The group meets the first Thursday of the month from 1 to 2:30 p.m.,alternating between MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.
