The annual Lights of Love tree lighting ceremony is a long standing tradition at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital. Each year, the MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary invites donors, families, friends, and the community to join in a celebratory ceremony to kick off the holiday season and pay tribute to those who were honored and remembered throughout the year. This joyous event and celebration is held in the chapel at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital on the first Monday of December.
As a result of COVID-19, the 2020 tree lighting ceremony will not be held this year. However, these special gifts can still be made in honor of those you wish to remember, or recognize individuals who share a cherished place in your heart. By giving to the Lights of Love program at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, you can offer a meaningful expression of sympathy, love, and respect, while remembering loved ones and supporting our patients in need. All proceeds will benefit the auxiliary’s commitment to MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.
